These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IsItFresh? (App ID: 6755764953), available on the Apple App Store and related pages including isitfresh.app/terms.

Subscription and Purchase Information

IsItFresh? offers the following products:

  • IsItFresh Weekly (auto-renewable, 1 week, unlimited scans).
  • IsItFresh Monthly (auto-renewable, 1 month, unlimited scans).
  • IsItFresh Yearly (auto-renewable, 1 year, unlimited scans).
  • IsItFresh Lifetime Unlimited (one-time purchase, unlimited scans).
  • Credit packs (one-time purchases): 20, 30, or 100 scan credits.

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region/currency.

Subscriptions and Lifetime include unlimited scans. While unlimited access is active, scan credits are not reduced.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Service Description

IsItFresh? helps users scan food and meals, estimate freshness, and return a score with comments. Results are informational and should not replace professional food safety guidance.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate inputs when using scans.
  • Use your own judgment before consuming any food.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive activities.

No Guarantee

Freshness scores and comments are estimates. IsItFresh? does not guarantee that any food is safe to eat and is not liable for health outcomes resulting from reliance on app output.

Availability

The app is currently available only on the Apple App Store. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
